CANDESCA, meaning "Beginning to Shine" is an award-winning singing ensemble of young women, based in Kelowna, British-Columbia. Founded in 2007 by Alexandra Babbel, CANDESCA fuses a variety of musical repertoire, with couture gowns and contemporary staging.

CANDESCA presents its annual performance of "A Ceremony of Carols." Under the direction of Alexandra Babbel, the ensemble will celebrate its invitation to CARNEGIE HALL with this year's performance. Always elegantly programmed and visually inspiring, this years' presentation will also include a reception and door prizes. Come celebrate with CANDESCA as they continue to shine all the way to New York City's Carnegie Hall!
